In fact, the point is simple: how can I reward my team without having to pay a huge amount of taxes.

As we do love exception in France, we have some ways of giving money without supporting too much taxes.
💸 Let’s be clear: there is no more efficient system in France to reward a team!
There are obviously some dimensions to consider before jumping into such reward:
▶️ it is a collective system which applies to all your French employees. At least it will force you to manage each of their performance.
▶️ the process to put it in place is not the easiest. You wont implement it by yourself.
Even at the beginning of your journey in France, I would look at that option as it is also a good way to differentiate yourself from your competitors in France.
